It's Christopher's passion for property, and for providing practical advice to all, that led him to set up Harkin Associates. He is a regular contributor to the local press on property and construction matters and has made several television appearances on BBC property programmes as an independent expert. Chris advises various property management companies and also serves the courts, as an expert witness, in matters of professional negligence and environmental building issues. 

 

Christopher Harkin BSc. MRICS, is a Chartered Building Surveyor and full member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Independent Surveyors and Valuer’s Association (ISVA), with over 20 years of industry experience. Christopher has worked for several architectural and building surveying practices providing practical and professional advice to a wide variety of clients from homeowners to large corporations.
